N/S Subcontract Agreement

- The JBCC® Nominated / Selected subcontract agreement is an industry-tested subcontract agreement that can only be used in conjunction with the JBCC® principal building agreement of the same edition and is for the appointment of subcontractors nominated by the principal agent or selected mutually by the principal agent and the contractor.
Minor Works Agreement

- The JBCC® Minor works agreement is an industry-tested main contract which can be used for smaller and simpler projects but not necessarily only for smaller value projects. The document is fully compatible for larger value projects as well. The JBCC® Minor works agreement requires the appointment of a principal agent by the client.
