Bantry Construction Services had the privilege of revitalising and enhancing spaces for Cubbi Cars and project managing and constructing the entire venture. Our efforts resulted in a functional and visually appealing 2500m² covered display area and a newly refurbished office block.
PROJECT NAME: BIDFOOD ELANDSPARK
Bantry Construction Services was honoured to have played an integral role in the 19,071m² development. A symbiosis of design and functionality, the campus featured a swanky 2,968m² office block and an imposing 4,364m² warehouse.
PROJECT NAME: EDWARD SNELL
Bantry Construction Services successfully constructed the new Metboard Properties Limited/Growthpoint warehouse (360m x 70m, eave heights 14.2m, overall height over 18.5m) and transformed the 1964 office frame with exposed and treated finish, including a restored steel staircase with marble chip enhancements.
