The MBA North Youth Forum aims develop students into young professionals and entrepreneurs, in the construction industry. This will be done by creating partnerships between universities and FET colleges to improve communication between the two tertiary student organisations.
The goal is to share practical experience from FET colleges and academic knowledge from universities between the two organisations. ‘In order for the youth forum to play a meaningful role in attracting young South Africans to pursue careers in the building industry, vital industry support is needed’, Bongani Malaza (President of Youth in construction, MBA North).
