Kwakho began his career as an educator with the Department of Education in the Eastern Cape. He then took up a Facilitator role at King Costa & Associates – a skills development company based in Johannesburg.
His responsibilities included material development, key account management, associate provider network and liaison with statutory bodies such as SETAs and the Department of Education. His experience at King Costa laid the necessary foundation for a career in people development.
He later joined AVBOB’s Training Department as a Senior Training Officer tasked with the maintenance of the company’s eLearning system, skills development and employee induction.
He took up the role of Education and Training Specialist at DHL International, where he was able to contribute to the human capital strategy of a shipping giant with a global footprint.
