- Bookings are provisional until receipt of a completed registration form and proof of payment.
- Please ensure that players adhere to club dress codes – both course and clubhouse. Further information on dress code is available on request from the club or MBA North.
- Final confirmed players (names, shirt sizes and handicaps) are required no later than COB, Friday 14 June 2024.
- The Member agrees to take full responsibility, and reimburse the Club, for the cost of repair arising from any damage to the property, contents or course and grounds by the players.
- Golf Carts: All drivers shall comply with the rules imposed by the Wingate Park Country Club and be responsible for all damages caused to the cart.
- The user (hirer) of the golf cart waives all rights he may have to claim from MBA North for any loss, damage or harm he may suffer or sustain arising out of or connected with the use of the golf cart.
- The user (hirer) of the golf cart shall be liable for all and any damages caused to the golf cart and/or 3rd party property from the time of collection thereof to the time of return thereof to the designated area and acceptance of the golf cart by the representative of the club. The liability of the user (hirer) for damage to the golf cart and/or 3rd party property is absolute whether or not the damage to the golf cart was caused by negligence, vicarious or otherwise, of the hirer or not. The user (hirer) accepts the golf cart to be in good order upon signature thereof at the club.
- The amount payable by the user (hirer) for any damages caused to the golf cart and/or 3rd party property shall be the amount reasonably assessed by the representatives of the club and, if the user (hirer) disputes the reasonableness of such assessment, he shall nevertheless be obliged to pay the amount of such assessment and bearing responsibility for any shortfall.
