• The entry fee includes green fees, golf carts, halfway house, and dinner.
• Golf carts are compulsory.  All drivers must comply with the Golf Club rules and are responsible for any damage caused to the carts.
• Caddies are available at the players own cost.
• Official golf handicaps will be verified due to the quality of prizes.
• Please ensure that all players adhere to the club dress code (course and clubhouse).
• Please note: The golf club does not provide towels – kindly bring your own if required.
• Final confirmed players’ details – including names, shirt sizes, and handicaps – are required no later than 13th June 2025.
• The Member agrees to take full responsibility and reimburse the Club for any damages to property, contents, or the course and grounds caused by their players.

• The user (hirer) of the golf cart waives all rights he may have to claim from MBA North for any loss, damage or harm he may suffer or sustain arising out of or connected with the use of the golf cart.
• The user (hirer) of the golf cart shall be liable for all and any damages caused to the golf cart and/or 3rd party property from the time of collection thereof to the time of return thereof to the designated area and acceptance of the golf cart by the representative of the club. The liability of the user (hirer) for damage to the golf cart and/or 3rd party property is absolute whether or not the damage to the golf cart was caused by negligence, vicarious or otherwise, of the hirer or not. The user accepts the golf cart to be in good order upon signature thereof at the club.
• The amount payable by the Hirer for any damages caused to the golf cart and/or 3rd party property shall be the amount reasonably assessed by the representatives of the club and, if the Hirer disputes the reasonableness of such assessment, he shall nevertheless be obliged to pay the amount of such assessment, when the amount of the assessment is made known to him, subject to him receiving a refund of any excess and bearing responsibility for any shortfall.
